Terms of Service

Glowzi is a marketplace that connects clients with beauty salons and independent professionals. The provider — not Glowzi — performs the service and is responsible for it. We facilitate discovery, booking and payments.

Provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 to use Glowzi.

When you book, you may pay a 50% deposit online and the remainder in cash, or pay in full online, depending on the provider. Glowzi retains a 15% commission. Cancellation and refund terms may vary by provider; check before booking.

You keep ownership of the content you post, and grant Glowzi a licence to display it within the service. Don’t post unlawful, harmful, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content, or anything that infringes others’ rights.

Glowzi has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. Objectionable content includes anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise offensive, and any content that impersonates others or infringes their rights.

Every user can report objectionable content and block any user or salon directly in the app. We review every report and act on it — typically within 24 hours — by removing the content and warning, suspending, or permanently banning the accounts responsible. Abusive users are ejected from Glowzi. By using Glowzi you agree not to post objectionable content or engage in abusive behaviour; doing so may result in immediate removal of your content and termination of your account.

Providers are responsible for their services, pricing, licensing, hygiene and legal compliance, and for honouring confirmed bookings.

Glowzi is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for the quality of services provided by salons/professionals or for indirect damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
